Most fees will vary depending upon the project, homeowners situation, marketing costs, anticipated expenses and estimated amount of work/time we have to process your information and/or the amount of time left before a sale of the property occurs.   The fee is paid in parts as each phase is completed ( Initial Application fee [only if accepted as a customer], Submission fee and in some cases a Project Completion fees).  Fees will vary depending upon the homeowners specific circumstances.  If your project is close to a pending sale date (usually 21 business days or less) an additional fee may be required.

If, after our first In-Depth Interview (Stage 1), we determine that we do not have a high probability of being able to be of assistance to the homeowner (based upon our past experiences, information and current knowledge) we will rebate up to 100% of the In-Depth Interview Retainer we received ,  tell you why and give you suggestions that may assist you, otherwise we may accept you as a customer and the In-Depth Retainer Fee becomes fully earned.  If you are accepted as a customer we will begin work on Stage 2  on on your account (Submission portion).  If we start the Due-Diligence or Submission Phase (Stage 2) the In-Depth Interview Fee (Stage 1 fee) is fully earned.   Once work on Stage 2  begins, the In-Depth Interview Fee (Stage 1) is fully earned and no portion of any Stage 1 fee we collect is available for any rebate of any kind at that point.  Once Stage 2 package is put together, we give you a courtesy call and the Submission Fee is due and payable and earned.   Once Stage 3 is completed,  we will give you a courtesy call and the completion fee is due is any.
